Please note that this is my personal review. I'm writing my reviews based on my terrible years with ance and the acne products i ever bought. So if you are the developer of any of the products I made review off, then i'm glad to tell you that your product does bring results.
It's a very sad feeling when you are under the acne attack and you've tried or feel like you've tried every acne product under the sun to stop the acne but doesn't work. I've been in this situation from the age of 21 and now I'm 27, which is the year I've found out how to stop this low self esteem accelerator. This year my self esteem is up the roof, I'm everywhere and standing above the crowd, i'm acne free and most of all I'm now happily spending time with my family and friends. Something that i avoided when i was under the acne curse. (that's how it felt) I remember the time i first started getting severe acne on my face, i bought so many products in the acne market, being convinced by the product owners that their product would stop my acne (as if it stopped their acne or if they ever had acne). I spend hundreds of dollars on these top acne products on the market today like proactive, and oxeye ten, just to mansion a few, but at the end did not work. Just like all the other products, they first make as if they are working, like the first few days, but then the acne would come back even more then before and leave black spots on my acne area, giving prove to someone who meets me two days after i had that pimple that i had one on this particular area of my face. This really dropped my self esteem, and ended up avoiding people like my friends and family. Just looking at my friends acne free faces made me feel sad of my condition, so the best choice was to isolate myself which really hurt me because its not my choice but situation. And the thing is other people don't understand what acne does to ones self esteem. They feel like there's nothing wrong, but if only they understood. I remember that every morning the first thing i would do after i wake up is take i look at my face in the mirror to see how many pimples disappeared or emerged at night, i would then decide on which part of my face i will try to hide from people that day. And i was so used to doing this that it became part of me. I got to so much advice from strangers on how to stop my acne. Some would tell me that i should wash my face with the cloth washing sunlight soap 3 times a day, others saying i should try out clearage face wash, others telling me that i eat too much off oily food, just so much advice i got, but non seemed to work for me. I ended up feeling like my acne is here to stay. But through out the horror years of my acne attack, i became a little more experienced on what face products brought more acne on my face. So i used my experience and found out that there is nothing wrong with my face but just me putting it under strain. While in search for that miricle that will stop my acne, i came across 3 of the most recommended products on acne. I purchased each product one at a time and to tell you the truth only one was effective. And to my supprise it was the list expensive out of the 3. I will list them from list recommened to most recommended.
Acne No More
The Acne No More System Formula is quite a easy to follow formula but it takes a bit of hard work and self control. When using this particular formula you have to sacrifice particular kinds of food, go on detox diet for a certain number days and stuff like that. This ebook has over 230 pages. When you don't have time like me, thats a lot of pages to just tell me of how to stop my acne. And to make it worse the first 40 pages were quiet useless because he goes through his entire life history of he was suffering form acne too and found this old guy called Iran and how he goes about with his side of the story. The introduction, Mike's shows has research and knowledge of acne as he provides information that blows run-of-the-mill acne explanations of acne out of the water. You get the root causes of acne instead of the obvious symptoms. What makes it even better is the fact that it's done in a way that you will easily understand and be able to use in making acne-sensitive decisions. There is a main chapter called the "The Acne No More System Formula". It is a really easy to follow formula but it takes a bit of hard work, motivation and self control to go on the diet he recommends The main thing I learnt from the Acne No More system is that Acne is merely a signal for a much deeper imbalance inside the body. I can’t say what kind of imbalance but all I can say is that this imbalance is what causes you to get sick and make you suffer from certain problems so many times. Overall, this is quite a good ebook, but there has to be a better way then starving myself.
Acne Free In 3 Days
Basically, Chris Gibson's Acne Free in 3 Days suggest that you go on a special detox-cure for 3 days. While at this cure you apply certain topical products to help you to get rid of the toxins in your body faster. One thing i liked about acne Free in 3 Days is that it's quite short and the information is laid out in a clear manner. So you don't need to waste time on reading and learning too much. Instead you can focus on applying. And application is where the clear skin is. However the downside of short is that it can't go very deep. Even though the method works I would have liked to see some more depth. People who are new to this might not believe that Chris's method actually works. Naturally the best way to find out is to try it yourself. Maybe the biggest downfall of the book is that it provides only little information on how to remain acne free. Chris provides some suggestions and gives a list on foods to avoid. Since changing your lifestyle is the hardest step in curing your acne, I would have liked to see some more discussion on that.
